1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Waiver Wiretap (a product of Kind of a Big Dill LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Waiver Wiretap is a quantitative analytics and AI assistant dashboard for fantasy sports managers. We provide data visualization, historical league synchronization, and statistical modeling tools.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

Waiver Wiretap offers a 7-day free trial, as well as $5/month (Manager Tier) and $25/month (Dynasty GM Pro) subscription tiers. Payments processed via Shopify are billed on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

4. Data & Intellectual Property

All statistical metrics, visualizations, logos, and software belong to Kind of a Big Dill LLC or their respective data providers (e.g., NFLverse, Sleeper). NFL team names and player identities are the property of their respective owners and used for informational and statistical analysis purposes only.
